AIDA ★  Discover Freediving

Were you ever curious how it feels like to be able to go down the ocean only by using the power of your body and mind? If you want to try but don’t have the time or the money to invest in a full course or if you want to make sure this is your thing before going for a beginner course, jump in with the Discover Freediving AIDA1* course! Working alongside a AIDA qualified instructor, you will learn some breathing techniques for relaxation, safety procedures difference of gear between Scuba and Freediving and compensating techniques in the classroom and in water sessions for a day long course.
To successfully complete the AIDA 1star freediver course you will have to perform a 1 minute 15 second breathold and swim 25 m underwater with fins.

AIDA ★★  Beginner Freediving Course

Let’s see this is the first step to you to become an acknowledged and safe Freediver this course is meant to be your Open Water License in to the Freediving world you will be able to go down to 20 meter in the ocean just by using your body and mind!!!!! No cheating with tanks!!!! You will be able to hold your breath for more than 3 minutes!!! And that only in a 2 and a half day course!!!! Sound unreal? Well is as real as it gets. Promise you will get hooked up in to this profound and deep inner experience – Freediving.
To successfully complete the AIDA 2 star freediver course you will have to perform a 2 minute breathold, swim 40 m underwater with fins and dive to 16m in the open water.

AIDA ★★★  Intermediate Freediving Course

So you are loving it and you want to improve, you have realized by doing the 2 star course you are able to go deeper and longer on your breath holds than you ever imagined it was possible for a human being.
In this 3 day course we will start correcting your fining and your compensation techniques we will work on your self confidence and we will sink deeper in to the physiological reactions that allow us humans to go as deep as 214m down into the ocean and hold our breath for us long as 11 minutes 30 seconds by learning about the mammalian dive reflex. We will have more water sessions and we will go at least 26meters down in a nice and relaxed way, feeling part of the sea.
To successfully complete the AIDA 3 star freediver course you will have to perform a 2 minute 45 second breathold, swim 50 m underwater with fins and dive to 24 meters in the open water.

AIDA ★★★★  Advanced Freediver Course

This course takes you to a whole new level of confidence in your Freediving. Not only will you learn the latest techniques for deeper diving but you will also learn more about conditioning your body for Freediving. This course will push you to the limits of your Freediving abilities. The AIDA 4 star is the highest level a recreational freediver can achieve. The AIDA 4 star can be combined with the Competition Freediver course for those who want to explore the challenge of competitive freediving.
This course consists of three theory sessions, two pool sessions and four open water dives.
To successfully complete the AIDA 4 star freediver course you will have to perform a 3 minute 30 second breathold, swim 70 m underwater with fins and dive to 32 meters in the open water
To be a AIDA 4 Star Freediver you need to have a current rescue certification from any association.

SSI Freediving Level 1

The introduction to the purest form of diving. Learn proper breathing techniques, familiarize yourself with diaphragm breathing and take a deep breath like you never have before. In the SSI level 1 Freediving course you acquire the proper skills and knowledge to participate in Freediving to depths of 60 ft. (20 meters) in the most relaxed and safest manner possible. You will develop the skills necessary to train your body to be more efficient with breath-holding, gain better respiration and muscle flexibility and learn new skills to take your Freediving to the next level.

SSI Freediving Level 2

Level 2 Freediving will equip you with further knowledge of the mammalian diving reflex and how to initiate the best response for Freediving. You will learn new advanced equalization techniques and apnea training methods to carry you past 60 ft. (20 meters) and develop the skills necessary to freedive to depths up to 90 ft. (30 meters.)

SSI Freediving Level 3

The apex of the SSI Freediving Program, Level 3, will take you to depths of 120 ft. (40 meters.) Freediving well below the residual volume of the lungs, this is the specialist deep diving course and will equip you with the proper knowledge to take you into the deep blue and beyond.

ALVARO Freedive Master Course.

This is a minimum 4 weeks maximum 8 weeks intensive course for the people that want to become an athlete ,want to become a professional Freediving instructor or just found the sport they were looking for and want to know how to train and improve while doing just that, train and improve. This course is demanding and it will take between 2 and 4 hours of training a day with 1 day of every 2 or 3 days training. We will go to the gym we will go to the water and we will do dry training as well as receiving sport coaching.
